3.Waxa kujira madooyin ladagaalama Xanuunada

Timirta waxay leedahay waxa looyaqano Antioksidantis(Antioxidants) waxay unugyada jidhka kasaacida ladagaalanka waxyaabaha qaar oo waxyeeleeya unugyada ama jidhka guud ahaan.
